RMA will provide a RETURN AUTHORITY NUMBER (RAN) for future reference upon receipt of the return request. Customers must include all relevant details and reference the RMA purchase invoice in the return request.
  2. Packaging and Freight:
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable packaging of returned items. If goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, RMA will cover freight costs and arrange collection using a nominated carrier. For non-faulty goods or returns for other reasons, customers are responsible for freight expenses.

Upon receipt, RMA will assess the condition of returned goods. If deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied, RMA will issue a credit for the full invoiced value, referenced to the RAN. If goods are not faulty, customers have the option to cover return freight costs or accept a credit note with a restocking and rehandling charge of 20% of the original invoice value (minimum £10).
  4. Conditions and Timeframe:
No credit will be issued for damaged or defaced goods. Claims for incorrectly supplied goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Who are Roma Medical?

Established in 1970, Roma Medical has solidified its position as a prominent force in the manufacturing and supply of mobility and rehabilitation products within the UK. The company's trajectory took an interesting turn in early 2002 when directors were approached by a different scooter manufacturer, presenting an opportunity to acquire the entire Shoprider range, spanning scooters and power chairs. The outcome was nothing short of remarkable, with the Shoprider brand swiftly claiming the top spot in the UK market within a mere two years, boasting annual sales that surpassed the 25,000-unit mark.

In an ongoing commitment to innovation, Roma Medical actively collaborates with manufacturers, playing an integral role in the development and enhancement of their entire power range. While Shoprider products continue to hold significance within the Roma power range, the introduction of an exclusive Roma range signifies a strategic move to offer customers a more diverse and tailored selection of mobility and rehabilitation solutions. This approach reflects Roma Medical's dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends and meeting the evolving needs of its clientele.
