ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Personalised and customised items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team at sales@wellbecon.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
For defective, damaged products and returns, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

After receiving your return will notify you that we've received your return and inspected the condition of your item. We will then notify you if the return is eligible for a refund. we will process your refund within 10 days of receiving your return. Please allow a bit of time for the bank or the credit card company to process the refund.
